Marina di Massa
The center of Marina di Massa is only 3 km far from the Camping Luna in Partaccia.
The historic Pier, an attractive terrace on the sea, is an excellent viwepoint from which you can peer the beautiful scenery of the Apuan Alps. Not far from the pier, Piazza Bad Kissingen, newly built, offers a beautiful view to the sea or to the mountains through the striking sculpture called “Le Vele”.
After a long walk through the green, the sea and the Liberty architectures, or after an invigorating ride along the coast to Forte dei Marmi, in the evening you can sip a cocktail in one of the many elegant clubs in front of the sea.
Those who wish, can round off the evening in one of the excellent restaurants, delighting the palate with a
good fresh fish accompanied by a Vermentino Candia of the Apuan Hills.
For those who love to run, is recommend to visit the Ugo Pisa Sport Park, a large pine forest in front of the sea, very close to the Camping in Partaccia, with routes of different length, for most protected from the sun.
Near the pine forest there is the imposing Marina Tower, built by Fiat in 1933, of which there is a twin in Sestriere.
The Beach
The Camping in Tuscany at the sea, offers you every opportunity to enjoy the best of your holidays at the sea.
From the Camping, crossing the street, you are just few steps far from the beach. Camping Luna offers its guests advantageous packages including rental chairs, sun bed, and sun umbrella at the beach resort “Capitano” in Partaccia. Inside the beach resort “Capitano” there is a bar and a restaurant where you can taste excellent dishes of fish; you can also have water aerobics classes available for adults and children. For younger people there is a soccer field and a play area for children.
In addition to the beach resort “Capitano”, there are other beach resorts in the proximity of the Camping, a public beach 200 meters away and a small Bau Beach at 500 meters where lead furry friends.
The Cinque Terre
UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Cinque Terre are five villages perched on the hills that slope steeply down to the sea: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, Riomaggiore.
The centuries-old work of man has helped to give these places absolutely unique and original features. Here are cultivated the olive and the vine, from which comes the Shiacchetrà, a sweet raisin wine known everywhere.
The Cinque Terre are the right place for those who want to play outdoor sports, hiking or mountain biking.
The five fishing villages are easily accessible by car or by train from the Camping Luna in Partaccia.

Portovenere
Portovenere, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a small and beautiful village facing the sea located on the western shore of the Gulf of Poets (the Gulf of La Spezia).
Along the docks, at daybreak, the boats of fishermen return silently swaying from fishing, the sight is evocative.
A beautiful walk through the village leads to the Church of St. Pietro, which stands on a rocky ridge overlooking the sea, with a view on the Gulf is immeasurable.
