REGULATION
These regulations are displayed at the campsite. Entering the campsite implies its full acceptance.
1. CHECK-IN
For entry and stay at the campsite is required registration of each person, will not be allowed minors without a valid document, the tax code or health card is not a valid identification document. Upon arrival, each guest is required to provide an identity document for legal registrations and check its accuracy, promptly notifying any discrepancy or change. Each guest will be given an identification bracelet that must be worn throughout the stay.
2. MINORS
For the duration of the stay, minors must be accompanied and will stay with their parents or persons with parental authority, who are responsible for ensuring that the rules of the campsite are observed and respected. Children must always be accompanied in the use of the various equipment and toilets. Parents are directly responsible for their children.
3. VISITORS
People who wish to visit the guests of Camping Luna must hand in a document at the entrance. If the stay at the campsite exceeds 60 minutes, the list price will apply. Visits are only allowed until 8 p.m. and only after receiving authorisation from the Management. Visitors must, however, leave the campsite by 22.00 on the day of visit. It is the right of the Management to prohibit visitors from entering the campsite at any time. Visitors are forbidden to enter by car. The customer of the campsite is required to ensure that their guests are in possession of authorization from the Management and is responsible for their behavior within the campsite.
4. ACCOMMODATIONS
The owner of the stay is required to check the consistency and state of preservation of existing materials in the room, any faults must be reported promptly to the reception in order to be able to carry out the necessary maintenance. The owner of the stay is responsible for the same and is required to pay compensation in case of breakage or shortages. For organizational reasons, it is not possible to ensure the reservation of a specific number of accommodation, but it is guaranteed an accommodation of the type requested. In this regard, the Management reserves the right to make changes at any time before the occupation,
without prior notice to the guest. However, he ensures that, as far as possible, the customer will be satisfied in his request. Pets are allowed in some accommodations (max 1 per unit).
Check-in from 16.00 to 21.00, check-out from 8.00 to 10.00. At the time of booking is required a deposit of 30% of the total, the balance is required on arrival, once the payment has been made and it is not possible to request a refund. In case of late arrival or early departure for any reason, will still be due the full amount corresponding to the period reserved.
5. PITCHES
For each pitch can be installed only one camper or, alternatively, a caravan or a tent in addition to a single vehicle (car or motorcycle). In addition, the installation of a single “accessory” curtain of small dimensions (Canadian, igloo, etc.) is permitted. Each pitch is well delimited and numbered. All equipment, including the vehicle, must find a place within its boundaries, also considering an adequate distance to be kept with respect to the adjacent pitches to ensure free passage, easy access to users and an evacuation route in case of emergency. If you use a pitch, you only have the right to one electrical outlet. After the assignment of the place are not allowed to move the pitch without prior authorization of the Management. For sanitary reasons, the camper is obliged to keep the space assigned to him perfectly clean and tidy.
The pitch must be vacated from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. After this time an additional day will be charged. Payment is made the evening before departure. For reservations is required a deposit of 30% of the total, the balance is required on arrival, once the payment has been made and it is not possible to request a refund. In case of late arrival or early departure for any reason, will still be due the full amount corresponding to the period reserved.
6. PROHIBITIONS AND SECURITY
It’s strictly PROHIBITED:
– smoking inside the housing units, toilets and public premises throughout the campsite, in
compliance with Article 51 of Law No 3 of 16 January 2003;
– hold any type of fuel or flammable substance
– all kinds of fences. Unauthorized works will be removed without notice;
– to fix to the mast shading tarpaulins of any size and shape and cables for hanging clothes;
– damage the plants or equipment of the campsite;
– dig holes and dimples along the streets or in the pitches;
– lighting fires outdoors;
– tampering with electrical systems;
– bring firearms of any kind and other offensive objects into the campsite;
– display banners, posters or other material that may touch the susceptibility of others.
According to the new safety and environmental regulations, wood and/or charcoal barbecues are not allowed. It is permitted to use a gas barbecue with a “camping gaz” type cylinder (gas mixture for camping in compliance with the regulations in force, max 5 kg).
7. VEHICLES
For the peace and safety of all, it is recommended not to use the car to move around the campsite. The maximum speed allowed is 5 km/hour. Traffic is prohibited during the night (24.00 / 8.00). It is forbidden to park outside the permitted spaces.
8. TIME OF SILENCE
Silence hours from 13.00 to 15.30 and from 24.00 to 8.00. If not authorized by the management (check-in, heavy necessity or impossibility), it is not possible to circulate with cars or other motor vehicles during these times. At any time of day, please avoid shouting, noise and any other behavior that may cause disturbance to other campers. Radio and television equipment must be used with moderation and are prohibited from 24.00 to 8.00.
9. SAFEKEEPING OF VALUABLES
Although the Management guarantees the continuous surveillance of the campsite, it does not assume any responsibility for any theft or loss. EACH CAMPER IS REQUIRED TO KEEP THE OBJECTS OF HIS PROPERTY. It is therefore advisable to pay attention to personal effects and to take the necessary precautions. Money and valuables must not be left unattended inside caravans and tents or in the
housing units. The objects found in the campsite must be handed over to the Public Security Authorities or to the Camping Management, so that they can be returned to their rightful owner.
10. RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Waste bins are located at the entrance to the campsite.
– Sanitary facilities, sinks and showers must be left, after use, in the condition in which you would like to find them.
– It is forbidden to pour boiling liquids or waste on the ground.
– It is forbidden to wash at the fountains of the pitches, to wash dishes and linen outside the sinks.
– It is forbidden to wash the car inside the campsite.
– It is RECOMMENDED not to let the water from the taps run unnecessarily to avoid wasting water.
11. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The electricity supply to the pitches is at least 3 A. Therefore, equipment such as stoves, stoves, water heaters, etc. is not permitted. Electrical system: – can be checked at any time by the staff of the Management; – is required the three-pole watertight cable with earth (according to the rules C.E.E.).
12. RESPONSIBILITY
The Management is not responsible for damages caused by other Guests, by vandalism, by atmospheric events and natural disasters, by falling trees, branches or pine cones, by fire, by insects, by epidemics, by diseases, including those of plants. We inform you that the processing of personal data will be based on the lawfulness and correctness, in full protection of the rights of the customer and in particular of your privacy, as guaranteed by Legislative Decree 196/03. Anyone who has to complain about the behavior of other guests, please do so at the Management, which will take appropriate action. The Management reserves the right to remove from the campsite anyone who is responsible for acts of vandalism, harassment or violation of these regulations.
13. PRIVACY
Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 within the limits of the provisions still in force, we intend to inform the customer, the manner, timing, form and purpose of the processing of personal data collected, also specifying – also – the rights that the person concerned may exercise in relation to and in relation to the treatment. The expression “data processing” refers to any operation or set of operations carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction. The term “data subject” is understood to refer to the person who provided the personal data. For further information, please consult the complete privacy policy displayed at the campsite.
The Management reserves the right to issue at any time – at its sole discretion – rules, regulations, times and whatever else may be necessary.
